2.拋丸滾筒清理:將鍛件裝入以低速(2.5~3r/min)遷徙改變的臥式密封滾筒內(nèi),粒度達(dá)0.8~1.2mm的鐵丸或鋼丸,從高速遷徙改變噴丸器葉片上拋出而沖到鍛件上,使氧化鈹因撞擊而寥落下來(lái)。鋼丸能自動(dòng)循環(huán),氧化鈹經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)程吸塵器吸出,鍛件撞擊噪聲小。
