濟(jì)南鍛件廠在生產(chǎn)鍛件的過程中的能耗主要是燃料消耗,大部分廠家采用天然氣,是鍛造廠生產(chǎn)中的主要能源消耗。在重型鍛造廠燃料消耗占各種能耗的80%以上。對于鍛造廠降低鍛件爐耗意義重大,常用的措施是:

In the heavy forging plant, fuel consumption accounts for more than 80% of the energy consumption. It is of great significance for the forge to reduce the furnace consumption of forgings:
1、采用合理熱源:大部分廠家采用天然氣,天然氣不僅成本低,還能享受補(bǔ)助,而且也長久對環(huán)境污染小。

2、采用先進(jìn)的加熱爐型,毛坯、鍛件燃?xì)饧訜釥t采用數(shù)字化蓄熱式高速脈沖燃燒和控制技術(shù)及連續(xù)供給燃料蓄熱式脈沖燃燒和控制技術(shù)。對比采用常規(guī)高速燒嘴+空氣預(yù)熱器的燃燒方式,應(yīng)用于高溫鍛造加熱爐,節(jié)能率高達(dá)50%,爐溫均勻性控制在±10℃之間,應(yīng)用于中、低溫?zé)崽幚頎t,節(jié)能率達(dá)30-50%,爐溫均勻性控制在±5℃之間。
2. Adopt advanced heating furnace type, blank and forging gas heating furnace, adopt digital regenerative high speed pulse combustion and control technology, and continuously supply fuel regenerative pulse combustion and control technology. Compared with conventional combustion mode high speed burner + air preheater, used in hot forging heating furnace, energy saving rate of 50%, the temperature uniformity between - 10 DEG C, used in medium and low temperature heat treatment furnace, energy saving rate is 30-50%, the temperature uniformity is controlled within 5 deg.
3、采用熱料裝爐工藝:熱料裝爐是進(jìn)行大鍛件加熱的有效節(jié)能措施,鍛造廠車間入爐加熱,一般入爐溫度控制在600℃以上。與冷料裝爐相比,可節(jié)能40-45%,同時可以節(jié)省加熱時間,減少加熱配置數(shù)量,提高生產(chǎn)效率。
3. Adopting hot material charging process: hot material charging is an effective energy saving measure for heating large forgings. The furnace temperature is controlled more than 600 DEG C in the forge workshop. Compared with the cold charging furnace, the utility model can save energy 40-45%, and can save heating time, reduce heating configuration quantity and improve production efficiency.
4、余熱回收技術(shù),燃料爐中排出的煙氣溫度高達(dá)600-1200℃,帶走的熱量占總熱量的30-70%,對這部分熱量的回收利用是鍛造車間節(jié)能的重要途徑。目前主要的利用方式是采用預(yù)熱器,即利用煙氣余熱對助燃空氣和氣體燃料進(jìn)行加熱。隨著國家對節(jié)能減排的大力推進(jìn),余熱二次回收利用技術(shù)在鍛造行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用將越來越廣泛。
